We follow a well matured quality systems are in place validated by an ISO-9001: 2008 standards by Indian Register Quality Systems for Scope “Design, Manufacture and Supply of Centrifugal Pumps and Spares thereof”. We are an ISO certified company since 1994. Every pump is tested for its performance in our in-house test facility to ensure the assured specification are fully met In our endeavor to maintain a high level of quality, the components undergo a stringent stage inspection from raw material to finished goods. Every pump is tested in house for which we have adequate test facilities.
The pre dispatch test include:
- A full scale test of head, capacity, speed and efficiency.
- Dynamic Balancing Test for Impeller.
- Hydrostatic Pressure Test of Impeller Casings.
- Vibration Test for Running Pumps.
- Performance test for Head, Capacity, Power and Speed.
Special Tests are carried out from established External sources for:
- Material Chemical composition using Spectrovac
- Mechanical properties
- Ultrasonic test
- Liquid penetration examinations
- Radiography Tests
- Endurance test
- Any others as specified by customer.
- Further we qualify our pumps for a special application for seismic requirements and other critical analysis
