Sales & Service Engineer
We are hiring Residential Marketing and Service Engineers for Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Delhi Region reporting to head office directly. Engineers will be responsible for Business Generation and attending service calls with their respective region.
Requirements
- No of Vacancy : 03 (Preferably male candidates)
- Preferred Qualification : Diploma - Mechanical, B. Sc - Chemistry, BE / B. Tech (Mechanical & Chemical)
- Preferred Languages : English / Hindi & Regional language
- Preferred experience : Fresher / Experienced
- Locality : Pune, Ahmedabad / Vadodara, Hyderabad / Vishakhapatnam/ Vijayawada/ Kakinada, Kolkata, MP, UP, Delhi NCR
- Skill Set : Basics of computer, language fluency, fundamentals of Mechanical / Chemical / Chemistry
What we Expect from you?
- B2B marketing and servicing of single stage corrosion resistance centrifugal pumps.
- Engineers will be responsible for Business Generation and attending service calls with their respective region.
- Presenting our range of products to customers technically.
- Collecting relevant and clear technical data for submitting technically and commercially cleared quotation
- Following up with customer for orders and payments.
- Submitting weekly reports through email (Details of visited customer and plan of visit) and attending weekly meeting through video conference.
- Monthly report (Forecast) - To visit head office every month and present the forecast of order received, Upcoming orders payment received, outstanding & upcoming payment, new customer visited, live projects in hand & upcoming projects.
- Making customer data base.
- Co-ordination and transmission of data between design, production and accounts department.
- Sending introduction letters to clients/ Customers.

- Locality : Bangalore (Corporate office)
- Skill Set : Basics of computer, fundamentals of chemistry & Basics of Engineering
What we Expect from you?
- Making offers as per the relevant selection for pump and spares.
- Loading tenders and making document relevant to tenders.
- Releasing order acceptance for order received.
- Maintenance of enquiry and order register.
- Making monthly reports
- Making proforma invoice for coordination and following up for Payments.
- Maintaining payment outstanding register.
- Maintaining customer data base.
- Co-ordination and transmission of data between design, production and accounts department.
- Sending introduction letters to clients/ Customers.
- Following up with customers for order and payment.
- Vendor registration and updating of various registrations.
